My COVID-19 Experience and Struggles

  The COVID-191 virus originated in China and began to spread globally through airborne and through people who have close contact with those who have been exposed to the virus. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The virus was spreading rapidly and causing a lockdown here in the Philippines and around the world. A hundred million people are infected, and a million people have already died because of the disease.   As a student, my experience of this pandemic is very difficult. Adjusting to the new normal was very hard for me and for the other students because not all of us have the complete equipment for the online class. The effects of the pandemic and lockdown on the students are stress, anxiety, depression, and dissatisfaction.      Hi! I am Ma. Danielle Gabriel Dela Peña Moreta, 15 years old and a student at Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS). I am the daughter of Mr. William Robert Moreta, half Filipino and half Spanish, and Mrs. Cherry Lyn Dela Peña Moreta, a Pure Filipino. I also have an older brother named Genesis Gabriel D. Moreta, he is my best friend and best enemy and he always teases me mostly about my height.
